Major Drug Firms Will Combine to Form a Single HIV Drug Company (April 16, 2009)
GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, two major drug companies that produce 11 HIV meds between them, will form a new company by year's end that will devote itself entirely to HIV, and will combine the two parent companies' HIV marketing, distribution, research and drug pipelines.
