Mitchell Warren, executive director of AVAC (AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition), sits down with Fred Schaich to discuss how we can take HIV research and translate it into an actionable plan. He suggests changing how we monitor data and manage policy, by thinking more like a business with immediate goals to meet. He also addresses the need to update our outreach and prevention messages, while not pulling back on our investments in HIV research.
