In this interview, Burton, a professor in the Department of Immunology and Microbial Science at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, Calif., offers his sense of where we are today in work around broadly neutralizing antibodies and HIV vaccines, as well as where we are going in this very complicated area of research.
