A new randomized study shows that polylactate (NewFill) injections subjectively and objectively improve appearance of HIV-positive patients with facial wasting. Dr. Matthew Leibowitz reports.

A large study on recent deaths from opportunistic infections highlights the continued benefit of therapy, as there were few opportunistic infection-related deaths in those on antiretroviral therapy.
