how can i get free hiv meds to send to africa

QUESTION:

I am interested in getting free hiv medications to send to Zimbabwe, with inflation rate being 100,000% people can't afford to buy meds. AZT, 3TC, AND EFV is the most common regimen used. Please help. Felistas Madziwa, MD
