Nonpregnant HIV women lactating Posted: May 30, 2006 QUESTION: I have several female patients who have been complaining of milk production even though they are not pregnant/breast feeding/etc. I was wondering if this might be: 1. A side effect of any of the HAART meds? 2. A side effect of other meds? 3. A side effect you have heard about recently? Thanks


RESPONSE FROM: This is new to me. Are they all on the same regimen or drugs? A pituitary tumor would be my major concern. DW
